Sauteed and Grilled Portabella Mushroom Recipes

- Sauteed Portabella Mushroom
- 2 portabella mushroom caps (sliced)
- 3 tablespoons olive oil (divided)
- 1 ½ tablespoons garlic flavored olive oil
- ¼ onion (cut into chunks)
- Fresh grated Parmesan
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Freshly grated Asiago cheese
- In your skillet, warm 1 ½ tablespoons of olive oil plus 1 ½ tablespoons garlic flavored oil over medium heat.
- Add the onions and mushrooms and stir it well. Reduce the heat to low and cook until the mushrooms are soft enough and the onions are black around the edges.
- Then, turn the heat off. Season it with salt and pepper and drizzle with 1 ½ tablespoons olive oil.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan and Asiago cheeses.
- 6 medium portabella mushrooms
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary or a half teaspoon dried rosemary
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 garlic cloves (sliced)

- Remove the stems from the mushrooms and wipe them with a damp cloth.
